Arbitron Sues Saga/Milwaukee

"Arbitron sues Saga for copyright infringement."

For the second time this year, Arbitron is taking a media company to court for alleged unauthorized use of its audience estimates. The ratings company has filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Delaware accusing Saga and its Milwaukee subsidiary of violating its copyright by copying and distributing Arbitron ratings without permission. Saga doesn’t subscribe to Arbitron ratings in its PPM or diary markets. [~Inside Radio item]
