WTTN

I know WTTN is licensed for 5000 Watts daytime, but only 4 watts at night and their transmitter is surrounded by corn fields and cow pastures for miles around.

Do they even bother to stay on during critical hours (800 watts), much less over night, or do they just sign off at sunset?
