They did an entire show congratulating him on his tenure at WTMJ.

It included playing old sweepers and rejoins.

Also Governor Scott Walker surprised Charlie by randomly opening the studio door when he was in the middle of a segment.

Bud Selig called in. A bunch of other people did too.
