Rob was good. I'd enjoy him better in the afternoons than John Mercur. What Rob has is that WGN-AM banter that gets impressed upon anyone who works there. I think the entire afternoon show sounded better with him at the helm. Why he can't land a F/T gig is beyond me.

On the other side of the coin, his crosstalk with Jeff Wagner was brutal, but it wasn't rob it was Jeff. Jeff has a hard time developing interesting sentences on the fly.
