WPR Ideas Network schedule changes

To summarize the changes effective July 1, as found in the link below (note their new logo, too):

*Kathleen Dunn heads from mornings to afternoons, where she takes "Talk of the Nation's" former slot (1-3PM Monday thru Thursday); NPR's "Science Friday" will remain
*"On Point" will air live in Dunn's old morning slot (9-11AM)
*The new "Central Time" will run 3-6PM weekdays, replacing "At Issue"
*"To The Best of Our Knowledge" will air weeknights at 6PM, with "Q" moving to 7PM
*Some changes to the weekend schedule as well, including the addition of NPR's "TED Radio Hour"
