Whoa, digital TV woe

TMJ4 just went threough some MAJOR signal interference or tramission problem. For I'd say 11 or 12 seconds, Fish's weather segment went pixelated, shadowed, up and down, back and forth, audio overmodulated and alien-sounding, then back to normal. What could cause this? My boyfriend was watching TV upstairs and he had no problems, he was watching Fox 6.
