bartered show on two stations

I have never heard of a bartered show that is on two different competing radio stations in the same market. What gm would allow this?

'Max Health Radio can be heard every Saturday from Noon-1pm on 620AM WTMJ and Sunday from 11am-Noon on 1130AM WISN'
