I agree circletrack. Q has not found a stride ever since they lost John & TAmmy. Of course now J & T are gone from the market.
The strange thing is that Star HAS managed to get a groove back after J & T. Probably because Star was never built around J & T like Q was. Bobby Bones is doing OK, even if I still think of him as a quintessential CHR guy. I don't know if anyone else followed him when he was at Q100 Little Rock & KISS FM Austin. Q100 is where he really honed his craft and also I believe where Bobby Bones was born. He used to be great on the phones and preproduced bits. I learned so much from his airchecks! I had a hard time listening to him on FOX Sports Radio so I stopped. I think of him as being so female oriented and that persona is broken into pieces on that show with Andy Roddick.
Weird how certain syndicated shows work so successfully sometimes for country audience, the most loyal bunch of listeners ever created. Especially w/ Google being around and many listeners knowing how to Google someone's name & find out they're not live & local because the first search engine result is of some random station in Dubuque, not Star Country.
