Time Warner Cable to become Charter, not Comcast

Comcast and Time Warner Cable announced a divestiture agreement today, to sell off certain markets to other regional cable companies. Milwaukee is one of those markets. Time Warner Cable of Milwaukee will become Charter Cable, the cable company with a stronghold of Madison and surrounding areas. This is all in the attempt to make the merger more appealing to the FACEBOOK and other regulators.
