This was posted today on Radio Insight, a site which is usually prescient in forecasting radio station changes through the reading of web domain name registrations. Entercom has reserved a few domain names, including most notably MadisonMix1051.com.

Radio Insight's forecast: That "Charlie FM" may move from adult hits to AC or Hot AC with a "Mix" branding, becoming a station that'll challenge Magic 98 and/or Z104.
