Job Title: Morning Show Producer/Online Content Coordinator
Job Description: This Morning Show Producer/On-Line Content Coordinator position will aid the morning show with daily research, planning, preparation, content and ideas for both on-air and on-line. The ideal candidate must be able to react quickly to changes and be aware of the target audience while remaining up-to-date on current trends and interests both locally and nationally. At a minimum, this position will include the following: • Maintain daily show, interview and commitment calendar including the booking of guests • Gather, organize and distribute show prep materials • Maintain a file for edited show bits and production • Set-up of studio for show, direct talent throughout show, keep talent organized and on schedule, as well as the set up and screening of calls and interviews during the show • Post-show review/analysis with talent • Production and editing of drop-ins, beds, “best of”, show promos, video blogs, podcasts, and live reads • Be a part of the show by listening actively and contributing to on-air bits and filling in when necessary • Provide supporting show elements including audio, video, contesting, imaging, etc. • Respond to all email and social media posts and requests • Update and schedule social media posts and blogs for in-show topics as well as after-show topics • Recruit and manage all morning show interns • Provide technical support for the show both in-studio and on-site at events, remotes and appearances • Serve as liaison with other departments including promotions, marketing, sales, etc. • Maintain both station and show websites/pages and weekly newsletters including graphic design elements • Ensure that all live reads and endorsements are updated and loaded correctly

Job Requirements: This position requires a close working relationship with the morning show and the Program Director. Candidate will have morning show producer experience, as well as a proven background in on-line content coordination and design. Skills and qualifications for this position at a minimum will include the following: • Minimum 2+ years morning show producer experience • NexGen automation experience or equivalent • Adobe/Cool Edit, video editing software and Telos Phone Systems experience • Adobe Photoshop and HTML, Flash, and web design experience as well as familiarity with CMS • Availability to work non-traditional hours including early mornings, nights & weekends • Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills with superb attention to detail • Valid Driver’s License
