2 local shifts seem to be the way on Clear Channel CHRs these days, only with a handful of exceptions.

Milwaukee: middays and afternoons
Portland: afternoons and nights
Boston: mornings and afternoons
Philly: afternoons and nights

Several smaller markets only have 1, or none.

Obviously, the exceptions that come to mind are:

Z100, but this is mandated by union
KIIS
Chicago, but still only 3 shifts. Nina voicetracks
KDWB has 3
(And Z104 Madison until yesterday... Too good to last)
