WISN off air

N/T 1130 WISN AM just went silent, there was static from some far away station bleeding over, and then WISN was back. It was maybe 3 seconds. I was listening on my house stereo with an antenna on the roof.

What could have caused this?

WISN transmitter problem or something else?
